REPLACE thew radiator. Don't waste time getting yours cleaned, it doesn't usually do the job. There's some differing opinions on the board, but most (uncluding me) have had very good luck with aluminum/plastic version as opposed to all brass. You should replace the fan switch in the radiator at the same time, some go to lower temp, but I stayed stock and my car runs cool -mid range-even on hot days. I'm in MN, so having engine warmer in winter was a consideration. In TX, you might want to go to the lower temp fan switch. Replace the t-stat at the same time, with temp matched to fan switch. If not done, this is also a good time to replace the hoses, especially the upper radiator hose.
