Replacing it is not very hard

Replacing the clutch is not very hard, as long as you have a decent tool to hold the springs. I'd replace it and have smoother ride. With that many miles on the car, I wouldn't bother refacing the flywheel. But, once you've got the clutch out, you'll be pulling the flywheel anyway to replace the pilot bearing. Might as well have it refaced while its out. And you might as well replace the slave cylinder while its out. I haven't managed to to do the job without mucking up the slave cylinder anyway.
