Help!! Weird Oil "Valdez" On My Driveway

My awesome, but tired mechanic is out of town for two weeks, and this morning I woke up to a weird stain on my driveway!
I usually never park the car on the driveway, as it's very steep, but last night I did, with the nose of the car pointed downhill. The stain (about 2 feet in diameter) was RIGHT under the power steering resivor, so I thought I worst! Upon closer examination, it's coming out of my condensate release tube on the A/C evap unit? Looking down into the nifty flapping box, it is slightly wet with oil.
I just had my A/C recharged, and every part replaced EXCEPT the evaporator. But here's the weird thing. When I put my finger up inside the "hose" (condensate release), the oil looked like power steering fluid, but very old power steering fluid. When I bought the car from a buddy, he had exploded the rack and was "undercoating" the car daily with fluid. The stain on the ground is very clean oil, no smell, lite viscosity, lite brown.
As a final peice of info for ya, I stopped in my parking garage at work, at all my favorite spots, and sure enough, about the same size spot on the ground! These spots, though large, are not that wet (not too much fluid), but seemingly have everything to do to running the A/C.
Help!! And Shawn, come back from vacation!!!
Thanks all!
JS
