MY 1986 900 8 VALVE NON-TURBO, STARTS OKAY, BUT AFTER A FEW SECONDS IT STARTS ACTING LIKE IT IS RUNNING OUT OF FUEL. AND SPITS BACK AND DIES.WHEN I TURN THE SWITCH OFF AND BACK ON IT STARTS RIGHT BACK UP AND RUNS A LITTLE LONGER AND STARTS TRYING TO GO DEAD AGAIN. IT TAKES THREE TO FOUR TRYS TO GET IT TO KEEP RUNNING. AFTER WARM-UP IT RUNS FINE. HAVE CHANGED THE COLD START VALVE, HAVE CHECKED VOLTAGE ON WARM UP VALVE, IT READS BETWEEN 11 AND 11.5. HAVE RESET TIMMING, I DO NOT KNOW IT IT COULD BE IN THE DISTRIBUTOR OR JUST A VACUM LINE. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED! SINCE I AM A FIRST TIME OWNER OF ONE OF THESE GLORIOUS MACHINES!
