There's a inner snap ring holding the shaft assembly into the back of the piston. You'll need a pair of inner snap ring pliers or some ingenuity with a couple of small screwdrivers. The snap ring pliers are the best thing to have.
The trick I've found for getting the piston out is to push it in as far as you can with something light like a pencil. Then quickly let the pencil go. The spring should push it out. Keep your other hand over the end so you can catch it if it goes too far.
You'll only need two of seals - the ones with the holes in them. You'll see when you get it disassembled. Take care to remember the directions that the seals are facing on the piston.
If you have a lot of scoring on the cylinder you'll see polished wear on the pistion assembly. Then you'll need to grab a new one or a couple of good candidates from a pick-n-pull.
When you reassemble it, put lots of silicone brake grease on the ball of the input shaft.
