Its not that hard. Pull the bolt on the cooling reservoir and set the reservoir aside without pulling any hoses. There is a metal rod (part of the cooling system I think, I'm not near the car and I did this a while ago so I'm going from memory) that runs under the intake manifold runners. Remove the bolt that holds that piece in its fixed position to the block/manifold without opening any of the hoses connected to it.
I removed the black plastic "T" in the heater hose set up next to the coolant reservoir as it was leaking and had to be replaced with my cooling system hoses. Remove that part and you should have enough room to get a long thin screwdriver into the hose clamps, or a socket/extension/universal joint set up to get them. Setting aside the parts mentioned lets you get your hands in there under the intake manifold runners and fit the new hoses. I recommend that you make sure the outlets on the waterpump are very dry so the new hoses "bite" when clamped down. And use new hose clamps.
I replaced all my hoses except the heater hoses going into the firewall as the dealer's computer said that they never had a repair incidence on that part so a failure was unlikely. Thats not true for the other hoses.
Hope this helps.
