having read you message, are you saying that it's ok for the a arm bushing to be 'loose', which would allow the a arm to travel up and down easier?
see, i am not sure of the exact purpose of the bushings - are they to bind the a arm to the car and help provide some shock absorption, or should they travel easily, letting the shock take more of the stress?
i just took all a arms off my car and 7 out of 8 were seized to the shaft, thus limiting the movement of the a arm, and i thought maybe that was why the car was CRASHING every time i hit a bump... the ride was awful.
