When I bought the car 2 years ago it seemed to run hot. Took it back to the Saab dealer I bought it from and they replaced the radiator fan switch and the thermostat. A week later the temp gauge was jumping up and down turned out to be the head gasket, it was still under warranty and they replaces the head gasket and the radiator. Now I notice that when the cooling fans are running and both fans run regardless of weather the ac is on or not, that when I shut the car off the fans shut off too.I know they used to run after the car shut off, I had to take the car back once because the fans would not shut off and it killed the battery. It seem the dealer must have made a wiring change at some point to make both fans run when radiator switch closes. I am worried that I will loose another head gasket because the fans don't run after the car is shut off.
