start by draining all the fluids. don't forget the block. you may be able to use the gas if it had stabilizer. if not you should siphon it out and add 5 gallons fresh with line dryer. pull the spark plugs and add some oil. napa has a "Fogger" type oiler for long term storage get your bores oiled well, harder than it sounds with the angle block. turn it over without plugs and with fuel pump disconnected until you get oil pressure. give it 15 second bursts every minute to keep the starter from overheating you maybe have to pressureize the crankcase a little to get the pump primed. a shot of compressed air down the fill tube with crankcase breather plugged will help it prime. add distilled water and some water pump lube but wait on antifreeze until you are suure the system is leak free. jack up the front end and start it up. then put it in gear and let it warm and check for leaks etc, then change gear oil. drive it for a while ( one tank ) change the oil again and fuel filter and you are good to go.
