Possible abs valve problem or maybe some dirty fluid clogging one of the calipers. The whole point of ABS is to keep you headed straight by releasing a wheel that is locking up, so something is wrong.
The first thing I would do is flush the brake fluid and put in fresh. With ABS you let the ABS pump flush the rears while having a helper hold the pedal. Fronts are usual pump/hold/pump or use a pressure bleeder. The most time consuming part of the job is jacking up the car and pulling the wheels. I would squirt some penetrant on the bleeder screws so you don't snap them off. While down at each wheel, I would also unbolt each wheel sensor and clean them off and make sure there isn't any debris in their mounting holes.
If those ideas don't fix it, i would take it to a good shop with the ABS code reader.
