Could be a bad inner driver, usually the passenger side that is exposed to heat from exhaust. The heat melts the inadequate factory grease and the grease can leak out if the boot is not perfectly sealed. Anyway, the tripod on the end of the axle pounds "cups" into the driver surface causing vibration under power.
However, this vibration should also diminish when you are coasting, regardless of clutch position. So, see what happens at 45 mph if you just let off the gas and don't touch the clutch. If vibration is still there, I suspect a different problem. Something as simple as loose wheel lugs, or less likely, a loose axle nut or perhaps a failed pressure plate. The failed pressure plate should also vibrate when you rev the engine in neutral with the clutch engaged(no foot on pedal) and the car not moving. I once had a triumph clutch pressure plate fail, where a few spring fingers broke and this threw the assembly out of balance.
