If the QMI treatment contains teflon (PTFE) DO NOT USE it. The teflon works well up to certain temperature then it flakes off. DuPont, company that produces Teflon, specifically states that PTFE is not suitable for use in internal combustion engines. A lot of these add-on products contain Teflon, so go figure. I personally know of one case when the engine seized because of use of this stuff!
I recommend you use high quality (and price?!) oil an change it regularly...
