Use hose clamps around the rubber hanger...

this is what I had to do on my 9000 when I installed a 3" exhaust system (oem is 2.25"). You open the hose clamp fully, then wrap it around the perimeter of the rubber hanger, and then tigthen the clamp as tight as it will go without causing any vibrations while the engine is running. You might find that you will need to back off the tightness a little to achieve this. Works like a charm (and these clamps only cost $1...)!
BTW: I have found that only oem Saab rubber hangers work best at longevity. Aftermarket ones tend to dry out and crack much faster (these are the ones that look like oem-Saab).
