Take a look at the rubber boots that connect the ducting between turbo discharge & intercooler and between intercooler & throttle body.
If the boot clamps are loose or if the boots have splits or other holes, air measured by the AMM escapes and the engine will cough and spit under boost conditions because it's running too rich for the ECU to compensate. The ECU feeds fuel based on the AMM signal with some trimming from the O2 sensor reading.
