Just wondering if anyone had any insight into a no start condition I'm having with my 91 900T. I tried to start it after doing some suspension work and it would not. I then proceeded to crack a fuel line on the injection rail to check for fuel...nothing... Plugged in a noid light to an injector harness to check for pulse, it was fine. I then checked the fuel pump for voltage, which appeared to be allright. Obviously, I replaced the fuel pump. I put in a used turbo assembly with a walbro pump that I had kicking around, and the car started right up. The next day, the car would not start again. I went through the whole procedure again, and all the signs pointed to fuel pump failure. I then decided to check the old pump by wiring it directly to the battery and it worked fine. Same thing with the used pump I installed. Both pumps work fine when hot wired. Here's the catch... I'm only getting 11.2 volts to the fuel pump harness in the rear. I have checked the connection by the sending unit, which had the same voltage. I replaced the ecu with another I had, same deal. I replaced the fuel pump and main relays with known good ones.. still nothing. I checked the battery connections and the junction blocks..I had 12.56 volts to them, same as the battery. At this point, I'm not sure what to look for, I suppose I could check for voltage at the fuel pump relay(which is the one facing the rear or the front of the car?)Has anyone had any similar experiences? I had this same problem with a 9000 that turned out to be a bad battery shut off switch, but this car does not have one. Thanks in advance for your input.
