Confirming other posts, no overpressure switch on 90. The ECU cuts fuel pump when AMM reads intake air mass over limit. If you have no boost gauge movement, either the hose to the gauge is unhooked at the gauge or at the tee where the hose from the engine compartment splits to the pressure transducer, or at the transducer. Sounds like you've already looked at the transducer, so follow the hose from the transducer up to the tee.
Re the intake hose connections, the BPV(hooter) hose connects upstream from the throttle plate. All the rest connect downstream from the plate and the connection points don't matter.
