I'm almost positive that other cooler is for the previous automatic. All of my 900T's have only had one oil cooler on the driver side.
As far has HP goes, the B202 is a pretty good engine to upgrade. With stock turbo and intercooler, some have reported over 200 whp by simply upping the boost, furl and advancing timing. You may know that the boost is controlled on these cars by the APC, and you'll never run out of info. on the APC system on the internet. As for timing, it's controlled by the ignition advance diafragm on the distributor, so if you take that off and benf the stop that limits the arm to travel upward, you will get more retard under boost, letting you run much more advanced initial timing. Also, if you can find a compressor and housing off an old 300zx, you can put it on your turbo and you'll have a t3-60, which will pull a bit harder up top. There are tons of things you can do to 900t's. Intercooler fans, injectors, H2O injection, and anything else you'd do to another turbo car will work too.
That being said, have fun with the power, but be easy on the tranny, ha.
