Audio? Rear speaker wire and connects. 92'T Best way? Posted by Devin [Email] ![]() ![]() |
Hey audio experts,
I installed my old Sony ES deck in my Turbo after trying to get the Clarion to work consistently for the better part of the summer. The fronts sound great, but I need to run new wire for the rear speakers b/c of the amp. Should I run it up the middle hugging the console or both wires by the driver's door?
What's the best way to conceal the wires? What trim pieces need to come up?
Oh, anybody have a good trick for speaker quick disconnects that's a little more durable than butt connectors? I don't want to splice and heatshrink the rear speaker leads into the harness in case the Sony Deck dies in six months. And I don't like cheap hardware store crimp connectors.
Thanks,
Devin
