Electical shorts - any ideas?

I posted a message last week and had a number of suggestions on how to diagnoste...my problem is a battery that kept dying. This is an '87 900 turbo convertible.
Today I put an amp meter on each and every fuse position and found a few things. All of these reading are with the car shut off and the ignition key removed. I'm looking for suggestions or ideas:
1) Fuse 14 - Right high beam - amp draw of .04
2) Fuse 15 - Left high beam - amp draw of .05
3) Fuse 24 - Central locking - amp draw of .12 but when I run the locks a few times this goes away - is there a relay buried in the car somewhere that I might want to replace?
4) Fuse 21 - Fog lights - not only is there an amp draw but I heard relay G kick on and relay G was noticeably hot to the touch. Therefore I pulled relay G. I noted that relay G has 4 pins and the socket it was plugged into has 5 pins, so my first question is whether this car has the correct relay in the holder. It is Saab part number 95 22 822. Also these numbers are on the relay 100822-0007.1 V23134-K3-X87. It is alot smaller in height than the other relays. By the way, I don't care if I don't have fog lights; I keep them covered anyway.
Anyone have any ideas? I would assume that none of these circuits should be drawing any amps when the engine is off and the key is out of the car.
Thanks,
Brian
