Parts manual doesn't show yota about where to connect harness.
Start by laying main harness around and over A/C comp bracket and align the 4 black 2 pin connectors in front of each fuelinjector. The one blue two pin connector goes down to the ECT sensor. The 6 and 3 pin connector is kind of showed down between AIC hose and 3-4 intake runner and connected to air mass meter and throttle switch. The white two pin connector is hooked up to AIC.
Two bundles of black wire connects to lifting bracket at thermostat area.
The wire with two red rubber protectors routes around and under AIC and goes to upper radiator hose switch.
The other harness coming from air filter area is routed over battery cable and tied to plastic flywheel cover.
Thick yellow wire goes to starter solenoid and the thin blue to oil pressure gauge and the green/white to alternator amp lamp pin.
You also have the white 2 pin knock sensor cable tied at the same spots and routed over starter (under AIC hoses) to knock sensor.
A thin black wire with ring connector goes up to grounding bracket at thermostat area, and a thin yellow/white wire goes to temp sending unit in front of cyl head.
That thin yellow/white is sometimes routed around and behind AIC but also in front and under AIC depending on year.
The three pin ignition distributor cable is also tied to flywheel cover and routed behind AIC.
If you see a grey/white and white wire in a grey two pin connector, don't worry, it's for the up shift light and doesn't necessary have to be hooked up to transmission and intake manifold (unless you absolutly want the up shift light to work) Manual trans only! But the wires are there even on the auto equipped cars.
That's all I can think of now.
