Your skid plate protecting the transmission/engine may have hit first as these cars fly pretty low. With the wheels set straight ahead, I would measure the distance from the rear edge of the wheel well on the fender to the tire on both sides. If there is no major difference you may be ok, no bent control arms. Have a SAAB knowledgeable mechanic look at it. Tell us what town you live in and maybe someone can recommend an indie you can trust.
Not to scare you, but the lower control arms are prone to failure from cracks at the pivot points under normal age/use, a serious whack from a curb could aggrevate that condition. But if the frame/skidplate took the hit you may be ok on this.
