Personally, I use the Red Line MTL, not positive on the weight but you can get it from http://www.SASAB.com that works for me. Some people complain about it being a little notchy in the morning, but as soon as it warms up, its smooth as Astroglide =o). Lots of people are using the Honda MTL that you can get from honda dealerships for cheap cheap cheap and they seem to think that works very well too. I would search the Bulletin board for some of the debates, there was a really great one recently, and you will find lots of stories and opinions on every different kind there is. Get Searching!
