Basically you need to follow these steps:

1. Loosen bolts for wheel.
2. Jack up and properly support car on jack stands.
3. Remove wheel
4. Remove dust cap.
5. Remove brake pads.
6. Remove Brake caliper. Remember to disconect and cap the brake line. Also, be sure to cap the inlet on the caliper too. You don't want any nasties in the brake fluid. Not even moisture.
6.5 Remove axle lug nut. I couldn't find a metric socket for this so I found that a standard 1-1/4" socket worked. You'll need to raise the locking tab with a punch and a hammer first(easy).
7. Remove the disc brake. You may need an impact driver to get the screws out. I didn't as they came out with a little elbow grease. You may need to knock on the drum portion of the disc to get it loose. Use a ball-peen hammer. DO NOT HIT THE DISC OR YOU'LL BE REPLACING THAT TOO.
8. Now your wheel hub/bearing is exposed and you can pull it off. You may need to hit this a couple of times, very lightly with a ball-peen hammer to loosen it up a little, but it should come right off.
9. Clean up all surfaces. Put a little oil on the axle and put on you new bearing.
10. Reinstallation is the reverse. Make sure you bleed the brakes as air will have been able to enter the system. This only takes a few minutes and you'll need a helper to pump and hold the brakes.

MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW ALL TIGHTENING TORQUES IN BENTLEY.

Incidentally, the noise I was experiencing was a low buzzing, kind of like flying in a Saab 340 turbo prop airplane. It did start squeaking at one point, but not for long.
The worst part of the job was the cost of the part. $150.00...

Let me know if you have any other questions.

Good Luck!
