Might be clogged sunroof drains and/or a leak around the windshield and/or around rear window seals.
Are you getting any water staining on the headliner? If so, open the sunroof and pour some water into each front corner. The water should drain out the holes in corners with no obstruction. You can blow them clean or if careful use a medium flex wire to clean them out. Coat hangars can knock the hose off the nipple or cut into the hose. The rear drains are cleaned from the bottom of the hoses, which exit in the louvered side panels. Pour water down the side of the sunroof opening and see if it comes out the hoses without backing up in the trough. Use some compressed air or again, if very careful, a length of wire from the bottom of the hoses.
For the rest of the leak areas a hose is the answer and pull up the carpet to find the leaks. Once you solve the problem, you probably should take out the seats and the carpet to dry everything out.
