Jeff, The 1st issue could be the result of several things. Bad water pump, bad thermostat, coolant fans not working correctly, clogged radiator, air pocket, not enough coolant, oil change needed, and bad head gaskets to name a few. I'd find a reputable independent SAAB shop and have it looked at before you do anything. You're killing your engine and turbo over the course of time as it countinuously overheats. Don't delay until something major happens, that's when you'll feel the wrath of what it truly costs to have major repairs done on a SAAB! The next issue is about filling the reservoir on the passenger side. Most likely it is the washer fluid reservoir that usually has to be replaced on classic SAAB's, check into that as your car is a '91 and is probably due for a replacement. Good luck!
