I did the same thing as JJ mentions. It's super easy: cut a bicycle tube, knot up one end and put the other end on the brake fluid reservoir with a hose clamp. What I did was pump it up to about 10-15psi. The clutch bleeder didn't drain fast enough for me so I bled it faster by having a friend pump the clutch pedal and hold it down. Then you crack the bleeder to let fluid out. I believe this doesn't introduce air into the system since there is positive pressure through the bleeder at all times.
