Shimmy, shake, rattle n'roll (long)

I have a very nasty shimmy from 80 to 110km/h. It has been getting worse to the point that I'm scared that one of the wheels is going to come off. So far I have changed the passenger side axle driver and axle, had a wheel alignment and balance, the tire shop blamed the tires and said they were unbalancable (is that a word?). I bought new winter tires at a different shop cause I needed them anyway. It wasn't the tires and the vibration didn't change.
Whats next?
I have some control arm bushings to put in as well, but I need to stop chasing this problem with money I don't have and parts I don't need.
