dying 86T, should I resurrect? (LONG)

Aging, fun car is dying. When shall I let it go?
In last 3 years, new exhaust (cat-back), 4 shocks, starter, radiator, belts, some hoses, front brake calipers.
Now probably have cracked head, or bad head gasket. Car runs very poorly, need to bleed it twice a week and add about .5 gallons coolant. Am parking it tomorrow, as I've gotten my spare car running.
This car is fun to drive, and has better power than other 86 900T's I'm familiar with.
In addition to the coolant leak, the car has significant oil leaks from both engine and trans.
I've considered doing the head and seeing what I can do with specific oil leaks with engine/trans in situ.
Also considered pulling out the whole drivetrain and working with it on a bench, take care of head, and having easy access to repair all oil leaks.
If I sold the car now, would be lucky to get $150 for it. Instead, I'd just keep it around for parts for myself and maybe sell some other parts thru eBay or other.
Thoughts anyone?
Thanks.
