Mine MSS exhaust fit my 1991 900T perfect everywhere except for the tail pipe hanger under the bumper. The hook didn't seem to be attached to the pipe in the right place and it was almost impossible to even get the stock rubber piece onto the hook. Once I realized that spot was the problem, I cobbled together something with one of those rubber donut hangers from an autoparts store.

I don't think mine came with directions to cut the intermediary pipe--that may have helped somewhat, but the hook bent up and over the pipe instead of up and off to the side like the stock exhaust.

Overall, I was satisfied with the result.
