Repair Shop Rant....or am I unreasonable???

I had my leaking Power steering rack replaced at an indie repair shop (dedicated to SAAB repairs only) in May/03. The repair cost me as follows, all in Cdn $'s:
$500 - Maval rebuilt rack
$94 - Power steering hose - reservoir to pump
$334 - Labour(4.5 hours)
By August/03 it was leaking again. Although the shop replaced it under warranty, they wanted to replace ALL 3 hoses this time. Instead of sourcing the hoses through them ($500+), I got them from eEuroparts for $130 Cdn, which was OK by them.
My bone of contention is they charged me 2 hours labour ($152) to "install the hoses" and they didn't credit me the $94 reservoir to pump hose they replaced in May...they just threw it out. When I questioned if that particular it was leaking he just said they were replacing the rack and other hoses so you may as well do all three. Is this normal behavior or have they no acted in good faith. I have 2 900TC's and have thrown them a lot of business but the way I feel right now is I may not bother going back. I paid a premium for the rack, $94 for a hose they just threw out and 4 hours labour. If it was me I would have replaced the rack, attached the supplied hoses and said "have a nice day, no charge" but I don't run a repair shop. Am I being unreasonable???
Thanks
Norm
