First thing to do is jack up the car and pull the front wheels, start on the passenger side. Pull the U-pin and the pads. Make sure the caliper yoke can be pulled out. If not the, the caliper is stuck. If stuck, unbolt the caliper from the back of the steering knuckle and remove. Then take the yoke locating device(8mm rod with multiple bends) out and with a big screwdriver inserted in the piston slot, pry the inboard pistion back and forth to free it up. If it's totally stuck, it's time for a new /rebuilt caliper. If you are able to free it up, you can get some more use out of it, so reassemble.
If the piston is not stuck, you don't have to take it apart, so just lube the ledge that the yoke slides on with a high temp brake caliper grease. Finally, with the brake pad U-pin inserted about halfway, bend the U-end forward about 5mm with the big screwdriber of prybar. Lube the pin contact points with the same grease. This should stop/reduce reverse lockup and clunk.
