Vac lines missing-need help routing

I have a couple vac lines missing on my new-to-me 900T. On the top front of the intake manifold I have a cap on one of the lines. Not sure if that should go somewhere but I bet it should. It is the foward connector(towards bumber)not the line to the PVC nipple but the other side of the *T*. Also, the connector on the left side of the manifold (next to hose out of coolant reservior) has no vac hose on the upper side of the *T*. This is creating a severe vac leak. I need to find out where it goes but the little diagram on side does not show these side vac lines.
If this is confusing let me know and I will go look again and be more specific. tlso have a plug on a nipple coming out of a tube that comes from the Air mass sensor. Dont know where that should go either. Im am mostly concerned with the side manifold line since it is creating large leak
Help is much appreciated!!!
If this is very confusing let me know and I will be more descriptive.
Thanks
melissa
