Joel,

It is really quite simple. It will take you about 3 hours to complete the task. If you have all 10 sections, start by removing the 2 front and 2 rear existing sections from your 900s. Next, remove the side trim by loosening it from the body and pulling it away. After doing this, you will see the holes mentioned in one of the posts. You will need plastic inserts from a body shop or auto supply store to put in the holes. Clean the surface well. I washed and applied a good coat of wax before starting. Next, install the rails on the side of the car. Get stainless steel screws for this. Make sure they are all straight and flat as if they are not, the panels will not sit flush against the car body.Make sure that all of the hardware is securely mounted on the body panels. If it is not, use Liquid Nails with clamps to attach it. Clean the body panels and touch up with paint prior to installation. Touch up paint is Sem Bumper Coater Charcoal Metallic #39273 if you want to match the origional Edwardian Grey. After that, start on either side and work from the front of the car to the back. You will have to drill a few new holes in the body. Get stainless steel screws and RTV silicone to seal the screw threads so water does not have access in. Working from the small front panel back, lubricate the rails with a light coat of WD-40 or a spray silicone so they slde easier. The large door panel will require rivots to attach at the base of the door. The existing rivots have to be drilled out while leaving the rubber section in place. Get some stainless rivots to replace if you can. You will need a helper for the bottom panels while they are riveted on as you want to get them as tight as possible. If you have the SPG fender parts, have a body shop put them on. It was the best $100 I ever spent. I put a set on the first time and ended up drilling through the rear quarter panel. The body shop used an adhesive and they are tight and straight.

I hope this helps. If you have any questions or need pictures, let me know.
