First, the disclaimer. My experience is with an '89 non-turbo...
I'd get 12111 & 12112 all the time. I eventually started ignoring them on the basis that the system is too sensitive. Clear them & see how often they come back. I'd go for weeks with no stored codes, then I'd pick up one or both without ever seeing the check-engine light come on. If they come back immediately, I suppose I'd check the wiring, then replace the sensor.
12225 might be the sensor's built-in heater. You could check to see if you have voltage across the heater power supply. The sensor has 2 plugs; there's a single-wire plug, that's the O2 sensor signal. The 2-wire connector is for the heater. I believe it's supposed to have 12vdc all the time while the engine's running. If that's OK, you can use an ohm-meter to verify that it has continuity. If it's open, get a new sensor. I don't remember what the resistance is supposed to be, maybe 20-40 ohms??
