I have the exact same car (101K miles) and I started using Honda MTF at about 80K. Before that, I don't think it had ever been changed from the OEM 10w30. I did it myself and just did it again at 100K.
It's important to clean out the filter/magnet assembly on the diff-cover to get all the metal particulates out. The old 10w30 was black when it came out and the magnet/filter was dirty with graphite-sized metal (but not very much). After 20K on the Honda MTF, almost no metal and the stuff was so clean I could have reused it. From now on, I'll probably change every 25K or so, just to be obnoxiously obsessive about it.
This and slightly smoother shifting have caused lots of people to switch from 10w30 (thousands of posts on this topic). If you do switch, do a 3000 mile flush and change to get rid of the 10w30.
