Youmight just disconnect the battery for 1/2 hour and reconnect. The code might clear itself.
When jump starting, always be sure to turn on several electrical items like the headlights, heater fan to high, rear window def. This loads up the system and will give some protection against the voltage spike caused when the jumper cables are disconnected. This spike can damage the computers...usually the fuel injection ECU, but maybe you spiked the ABS computer. If so, the only cure would be a new ABS computer. Try the battery disconnect and also check the ABS fuses over near the P/S resevoir.
