Sure. When you pull the plug, you get about 1/3 of the total fluid. So, do it, then drive a bit to mix. Repeat the operation. Repeat the operation. If you want to be anal, or if the fluid looks bad before you start, do it one more time. Now that you've got fresh fluid in there, drive it a while to make sure everything is good. Then, were it mine, I'd do it all over again using AMSOIL synthetic ATF (probably the ART which is a Type F).
While you are at it, do the same thing with your power steering at the same time. Suck out what you can, and replace. Drive, do it again.
Don't forget to check the level of the final drive fluid. Again, were it mine, I'd replace it with AMSOIL (of Mobil 1) synthetic 75W-90 gear lube.
