Depends on the price. What you discribe somes like the hitch I bought off of E-bay for $80. Mine bolts on to a triangular tube of metal extending down from between the rear wheels under the car. The rear of the hitch was bolted through the bottom of the trunk and to the back of the trunk where the rubber spacer for the rear bumper is. It is very important to get the thick steel plates that go on the inside of the truck floor along with it. ALso there may be additional spacers where its bolted to the rear. THere should be a steel bar inside the triangular piece I mentioned above a few inches long and an inch wide. It has threaded holes in it for the bolts. Without it is it tough to get the bolts secured.
