The biggest thing was the loss of character in my opinion, not necessarily important for going from point a to point b but it looks like a honda.

The timing chain went in mine, and when I was taking it to shops to get estimates, they all said they'd get at least one a week that needed a new timing chain. it was an automatic and had roughly 120k on it i believe and it was a 94, which there were still some bugs to be worked. The windows would always fog up when it was wet outside.
