leaking steering rack

I have been having a leak in my steering rack seals on my rebuilt rack that I had installed about 5 years ago on my 87 900. I used a product made by ATP,INC. It was given to me by my Saab mechanic.(Actually he charged me $10 for an 8oz bottle). It is called AT-205 Re-Seal(Professional strength). I followed the label instructions on the back, and this product has just done a great job in softening/expanding my leaking seals(absolutely no leaks for a year now) and it is suppose to prevent future leaks as well. You can also use it in transmisions, engine crankcases as well as steering racks. I cannot atest for how it works in other than the steering rack but its seems to be doing a great job and is a great product. If you are having trouble with a leaking rack, give this product a try BEFORE you drop a load of money on a new rack! Good luck.
