Since no one posted, I'll take a crack at a partial answer.
Here's the stuff i think you can replace. Switches, Pressure accumulator(aka brake bomb), pump motor, valve body. If your ABS light is not coming on the master should be OK. You can test brake bomb by pumping the pedal rapidly while the engine is idling. If your ABS warning light comes on after 5 pumps the bomb is weak. 10-12 pumps it's fine.
The first thing I would do is put a pressure bleeder on the resevoir and go after a possible clog in the right front brake line. Flush at least a pint through the caliper. You can buy a pressure bleeder from site sponsors or make one out of a garden sprayer or even an old bike tube. bike tube method is to cut about a foot on either side of valve and hose clamp one end over the resevoir. Seal the other end with two strips of lath/scrap wood/popsicle sticks clamped together with a small c-clamp or vise grip. Pump up the tube with a bike pump like a balloon. You want 10-20 lbs of pressure. Too much can blow seals.
This would have a better chance of success if you had not mentioned new flex hoses. Crud can build up. But maybe it's in the line. I would also inspect the hard brakeline running to the right front and look for a crimp in the line. It's exposed against the firewall and might ahve been accidently dinged.
Sorry , not more help.
