How do I tell if a relay is causing a battery drain?

I got a new Fiamme low-tone horn to replace the dead one on my hi/lo pair. I installed it last Sunday using the same Saab connector from the OE Fiamme horn, & today my battery's dead. Since this is the only thing that's changed (electrically) in the past year, I'm guessing this is where the problem resides.
The car's a '90 base model, the battery's almost 10 mos old, & the new horn has exposed metal for the back (where it mounts to the bracket) & a new bare metal mounting bracket. The old horn was black all over & was mounted via a painted metal bracket.
How do I tell if the new horn is drawing power when the car's off? And what possible problems should I look for in this horn circuit?
Thanks for the help!
