The truth is that there is no absolute way to connect those items which need vacuum to operate or provide sensor info. There are two main connection points on SAAB's of all variety, both of them located on the intake manifold: either the top, or the side. On my 82 the pressure sensor is located in the engine compartment and the hose runs from the top of the intake manifold to the sensor. On years 84+ the sensor is inside the car and the vac line connection comes from the side of the manifold. So in theory, any connection works just fine. Whatever is simple and straight forward (and leak free) is all that matters when running vacuum tubing. Also, plastic T fittings are used when additional connections are needed.
The connections on the throttle plate housing are specific to a need, such as providing vac and boost to the distributor, or drawing gas fumes from the charcoal can, or opening the EGR valve on older cars, and because of how and when they create vacuum (having to do with the nature of air passing over the throttle disc at various rpm's), they are not the best source of intake manifold vacuum.
