May or may not start when you get back to it...my take is it's unlikely to start. You'll probably have to get it towed again to a warm garage to get the lines unfroze so the gasoline/antifreeze can work their way through.
If you have serious water in the tank you may have to drain it (use a long piece of vacuum line hose, stick it to the bottom of the tank, and siphon out the water until just gas comes out), but two-three cans of gas line antifreeze should be sufficient. Sounds like you may be in an area where a pint of gas line antifreeze every 10 gallons/fillup is de rigeur.
