Hi,
I've just put an original factory red box APC in my '88 900 T16S (Euro SPG, no cat.) two weeks ago. With the original APC box my boost gauge came up to the 75% of the orange part of the gauge, now with red box the gauge reaches about 30% of the red part of the gauge, so that's great!!! Very noticable while driving!

But half of the time I drive my T16S it feels like the original APC is back in the car, same old boost level. If I start the car it's either in the "red box mode" or the "original mode", it does not changes while driving, or at least I haven't noticed it so far...

Now I was wondering how this can be? Which parts should I replace in order to always get the maximum performance of the red box?
