camshaft upgrades?

Anybody have experience with the stage I camshaft kits from Swedish Dynamics?
http://www.saabperformanceparts.com/item179.htm
This kit looks like a rather simple upgrade, considering it requires no fuel-injection adjustmens, PROM replacement / tuning. I realize that performance products work together, and other upgrades may need to take place in order to realize the full potiental. After removing the valve cover this past weekend, I noticed that it looks relatively easy to remove the camshafts on this engine.
Based on your experience...
How much more performance have you experienced out of your engine after installation?
How have the camshafts held up? They offer a lifetime warranty, so I imagine they are pretty decent.
Do these cams increase valve-train noise?
Replacement of camshafts in American cars, which I am most experienced with, also requires replacement of the lifters for best results. Most cam companies sell lifters with their cams because of this. I noticed they don't. Is lifter replacement still recommended?
Any pitfalls I will need to know about when R&Ring the camshafts?
Swedish Dynamics appears to have all kinds of good performance products, any other ones out there you'd recommend from them?
