Can you isolate the sound or is it all 4 wheels? Who did the work - DIY or a shop? If a shop, you should be able to take the car back with your concern.
A few things come to mind:
1. Brand of pads. Some are good, some are not so good. The hardness of a pad can cause squeal.
2. Pad or pads not seated properly and rubbing.
3. If you didn't replace the rotors, the pads may be wearing in or seating into the rotor grooves. Worn rotors have a large lip on the edge that the previous pad didn't wear down. New or different brand pads can contact the ridge and grind until they conform to the shape of the rotor. I'm guessing this may be your problem.
Need a little more history and detail to not be shooting in the dark.
