Clutch Hydraulics HELP!

I replaced my brake master cylinder and the reservior at the same time. I didn't realize that I had to cut the end of the supply nipple
(on the reservior) for the clutch. I've been driving around for a while that way and have been noticing that the clutch pedal has become pretty weak. I went to bleed the clutch today and realized that the clutch master wasn't getting any fluid. Once I solved that I bled the clutch. There is clean fluid coming out of the slave nipple, but there is no action in the clutch now. The pedal feels totally weak and unresponsive, the clutch isn't disengaging at all. Did I screw up the clutch master some how? What do I need to do to fix the situation.
Thanks for any help guys!
