The Townsend Imports folks have lots of nice info on this:

The AC compressor doesn't matter much, as you'll be doing this from underneath.
As you'll notice, they say crank seal and Oil Pump O-ring. The oil pump surrounds the crankshaft, has the crank seal in it, and seals to the timing chain cover with an O-ring. If you're pulling the main pulley to get to the crank seal, replace the O-ring while you're in there. It involves removing the oil pump, but that's no big deal - just a bunch of bolts. (Note bolt length differences). You'll appreciate it, as if the o-ring isn't leaking now, it soon will be. And for all you know, it could be the o-ring that's leaking.
Of course, inspect the main pulley - aka 'harmonic balancer' while you're at it. It's a sandwich of two pulleys with rubber in the middle. If the rubber degrades, the two halves spin, and this can damage the oil pump face before it blows up.
