never retorque a saab gasket. the bolts are stretch to yield....when done correctly...
depends how bad the leak is. normally block sealers ala aluminaseal and copper silcate styles work on smallish defects only. have your mechanic define "headgasket leaks" and post results. what is the compression in each cylinder, what are the symptoms...or perhaps a second opinion from a saabnet sponsor independent? others may know of a good unlisted mech if you ask about mechanics in your vicinity.
bottom line...no re-torque. loosening is as risky as leaving it alone.
